Hi jeremyjust, while my checking, I used Task Manager to force to quit zoom and snap camera, then restart PC, and check background process by Task Manager. But there were no such apps as occupying camera app. XSplit VCam appeared on Zoom’s video pull down list. I’m assuming my windows8. I will try to search other equivalent apps which work with Zoom.

Windows users should go into the Device Manager and check to make sure the camera’s drivers are up-to-date.
